How Much Are The Las Colinas Custom Built Villas?
Prices of bespoke villas of course depend on many things but start from €625,000 for a completed villa. However, the sky’s the limit and it is up to you how far you wish to go. This is a unique opportunity to have a luxurious villa built just for you on an award winning 5 star luxury resort.
The option to have a custom villa built in Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is a fully managed service from start to finish. A dedicated team of architects, builders and so on will be with you every step of the way.
The first step is to let us know your villa requirements along with your budget. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms you require is a good starting point. We can then let you know what your options are.
Choosing a custom built villa means you are able to select a plot of land. There is a large selection of plots available throughout the resort and within the Mimosa Community which is located at the heart of the resort near to the Clubhouse. If you are wanting to have a particularly large villa built, there is the option of purchasing two adjacent plots of land.
Once you have selected your desired plot, the design process can begin. You can be as involved as you would like at each stage of the design, build and finish. There is a selection of pre approved villa designs you are able to choose from which can of course be modified where this may be required. At this stage you can also choose your fixtures and fittings and other interior finishes.
It is then time to sit back and relax while your luxury bespoke villa is built. The process usually takes 12 to 16 months before the villa is ready for you to move in.
